Refund Policy

You can get your money back within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. No questions asked.

How: use "Request a refund" on your license in your account at xvocals.pages.dev/account, or write to [SUPPORT_EMAIL] with the email you bought with. We process refunds to the original payment method, normally within 2 working days; your bank or card may take a few more days to show it.

What happens to the license: when a refund is issued, the license is deactivated and XVocals stops working on your computers the next time it checks in. Please uninstall it.

Try before you buy: the trial is free for 14 days with every feature, so you can test before paying.

Chargebacks: if you dispute the payment with your bank instead of asking us, the license is deactivated while the dispute is open. Please write to us first; we would rather fix it.

Your legal rights: this policy gives you more than the minimum the law requires and does not take away any right you have under mandatory consumer law. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days without giving a reason; the 30 days above include that period. If you are a consumer in Israel, you also keep the cancellation rights of Israeli consumer protection law.
